Doesnt Work

Hi, I am using an iMac 2009 version. I have OSX Lion installed. Unfortunatly, I believe I just wasted 7 bucks on an app. It open to a black screen for 5 seconds, and then just quits unexpectedly, please fix this asap. Untill then, Id like a refund, and I dont sudgest this app to anyone until there is an update fixing my error.
